Confidentiality

We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except where required by law or where disclosure is necessary to deliver the agreed services.

Discovery calls

Booking a discovery call, workflow audit, consultation, or introductory meeting does not create a contract for services or any commitment to engage 2410 Studio.

These conversations are exploratory only.

Any paid work, technical delivery, or formal engagement will only begin once both parties have agreed and signed the relevant Statement of Work.

AI outputs and implementation

AI systems may produce outputs that require human review, validation, or approval.

2410 Studio designs AI systems to support business operations, improve workflows, and reduce manual work, but we do not guarantee that any AI system will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every possible use case.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs, applying appropriate human oversight, and ensuring that the use of any AI system complies with their legal, regulatory, operational, and internal governance requirements.

Where required, responsibilities relating to testing, monitoring, data handling, compliance, model performance, human oversight, and post-launch support will be defined in the applicable Statement of Work.

Disclaimer of warranties
